Idineklara ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) si Benny Abante bilang duly elected representative ng Manila 6th District.
Ito ay matapos maglabas ng desisyon ang Comelec 2nd Division na “void ab initio” ang certificate of candidacy (COC) ni Luis “Joey” Chua Uy dahil sa kwestyunableng citizenship nito.
Kaya naman ikinokonsidera si Uy bilang non-candidate.
