An act aiming to establish learning centers for children with special needs has been proposed in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region.
The BARMM Special Education and Development Act seeks to build Special Education and Development (SPED) Centers for children with special needs in every province of BARMM, providing children with inclusive learning.
According to Abrar Hataman, principal author of the bill and a member of the Parliament, the bill will ensure that all children can learn despite the diversity.
