The 2025 NBA Draft is currently being held at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. today, June 25 (N.Y. Time), with young stars hoping to get a chance at the world’s biggest basketball league.
Coming straight from Duke University, Cooper Flagg was selected as the first overall pick by the Dallas Mavericks for this year’s draft.
The 6 ‘8 ft., 202 lbs forward averaged 19.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game during his years with Duke.
Flagg was then followed by Dylan Harper (Rutgers University) who was selected by the San Antonio Spurs, VJ Edgecombe (Baylor University) by the Philadelphia 76ers, Kon Knueppel (Duke University) by the Charlotte Hornets, and Ace Bailey (Rutgers University) by the Utah Jazz as the Top 5 Picks of the 2025 NBA Draft.
